hmm..so..tired of reading?? haha!! come on..surely..it's not all tat boring?? ok..i shall recollect on the band fest days..lots of "adventures" i must say..

1st of dec Wednesday
whoa..cant get out of bed!! i want my sleep soo badly!! hai..y did i choose to join band fest when it's immediately after the thailand trip?? well well..life has to go on..yupp..and there i was..went to school with my instrument early in the mornin..reached there as one of the earliest(even though it's already 9am..)..supposed to be there by 9.30am..but well..dad had to go to some golf thingy..so yupp..after tat..we proceeded to NIE/NTU by bus..and surprise!! we were the last to arrive..the others were already engaging in the ice-breaker games..so well..i joined my group(band D)..mixed with many band members and was already making new frens..ohh..and i realised tat one of the cheperons was actually branda..a band senior from hihs..but well..she cant recognise me i guess..we played games like catepillar and someting like "blow wind blow"..kinda lame..but it's fun!! serious!!

while proceeding to lunch at one of the many canteens..a gal clad in ajc uniform actually approached me..and i was shocked momentarily..and i do mean shocked!! i mean..it took me at least five seconds to realise tat she was nortilla!! argh!! ahaha!! i was so overwhealmed..tears nearly came out!! whoa..and yupp..the surprise of the century..YC was there..haha!! and we were like so shy to meet each other again..the whole trombone section jus couldnt stop teasing me..really guys..hai..

in the afternoon..it was practice time..our band conductor was mr richard adams..short..stout..and bald..ohh..and there was the british accent..haha!! cute..his practices were so boring..i almost slept..(okok..i SLEPT)..haha!!

2nd of dec Thursday
picked serene up..and dad fetched us to lavender station..went all the way to boon lay..and serene as usual..kept flirting with julian over the phone smses..cant stand it..geez!! yupp..and the day was as tiring and boring as the day before..except..i accidentaily crashed serene's group to watch a video..about bach..kinda boring i must say..so boring it made frankie( YC's good fren) slept..and snore!! ahaha..the room was quiet..until a weird noise was heard..and i thought it was some handphone vibrations..both of us turned back..only to find out tat it was actually his snores!! ahaaha!! we couldnt stop giggling lohh!!

yupp..as usual..we had to wait for all tpjc band members to gather at a place before departing NIE..serene was analysing a music score with me..and becos of some doubts, she approached YC(who was with the whole group of ajc band members, and in the same band A as serene..) for help..as he was approaching me..(who was holding the scores)..suddenly the whole of the ajcians startin cheerin and clapping..i was momenatrily stumped..so i thought it was all a joke..until i felt empty presence around me..then do i realise all the tpjc band mates abandoned me and retreated two steps..when i looked up..i was standing by myself all alone..immediately, i ran behind my frens..admist all the cheerin and clappin..seriously!! i was soo darn embarrassed!!

when the ajcians walked towards the exit slowly..they suddenly shouted " lois!! YC gen ni shuo bye bye!!"..i mean..my whole face was so red u can actually fry an egg!! and hOW can i ever be grateful to my frens..who together with some tpjc band mates shouted back "YC!! lois gen ni shuo bye bye!!" seriously!! i wanted to bury my head so much!! people from other jcs were like askin feverishly who i am..blimely!!

3rd of dec Friday
looking into the crowd at NIE..i noticed tat YC wasnt there..phew!! but well..the teasing jus couldnt stop..in the mornin..had sectionals with a euphonium player from SWO..he's pretty funny with his singaporean accent..cute..but too bad..he's also balding..and old..with a belly..ahaha!! ohh..and i jus found out from an ajc fren tat YC's actually the vice president of the band!! like whoa..shockinG!!

and well..the rest of the day was similar..except..we had games at 4pm..someting like treasure hunt..had to find some clues..and we were all running like mad..searchin for some pink papers..after tat..had briefing for the performance(which would be held the next day) we had prepared for over the past few days..so nervous!!

how did we do for the performance?? and how were tings for YC and me?? haha..stay tuned..
